Adam Camson

Product Manager

I’m Adam and I’ve been with Love Beets since close to day one, working part-time doing demos in Costco stores. After the demos, I worked as an intern, setting up our Ambassador Program, and then was given the opportunity to manage it. A year or so later, I moved into my current role of Product Manager, where I manage the procurement and inventory of our raw material and packaging, along with our international supply chain. I’ve also started to manage our new product development efforts. There is no better feeling than waking up every day knowing that the products I stand behind are healthy and their convenience gives everyone an opportunity to enjoy a healthier lifestyle.

I can move both of my eyebrows individually and together. I can even do the wave with them. I didn’t learn how to ride a bike until I was around 11 years old. I played Kenickie in my high school’s production of Grease.

What’s your favorite Love Beets product and why?

I like our Honey & Ginger beets because they really brighten up anything I put them in.

How do you eat your beets?

I like to juice my beets, especially before a workout or a round of golf.

What quote keeps you upBEET?

“Life changes on a daily basis, every minute every hour still we try to save it.” — Juelz Santana

What inspires you?

Failure and my drive to be like my Pop-Pop.

What’s your favorite healthy habit.

I love to take the stairs whenever I’m going up to the office and even when I stay in hotels.

Your favorite Love Beets moment?

I was doing a demo at Costco and a mom with her two daughters came up to the stand asking about the beets, but were hesitant to try them. After telling the family about how good they tasted and how they were, she finally said she would try them if I “dropped a beet.” So in the middle of my demo, I started singing and breaking it down like a professional rapper. After some laughs, the family tried the beets, loved them and ended up buying six packages.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Oldies music.

Before you tried Love Beets, you thought beets were…

I only knew them as the vegetable that made my horseradish purple and milder.
