These golden delights are already diced, so they are perfect for salads, parfaits, sandwiches, or even to eat right out of the pack! We have two salad recipes that are bursting with flavor! Both featuring our honey + vinegar golden beets, the Honey Vinegar Golden Beet and Blueberry Salad and Golden Beet & Farro Salad W/ Roasted Asparagus and Rainbow Chard are must haves.
