Beet Berry Smoothie Bowl

What to do

  1. Place dates in warm water to soak.
  2. Place soaked dates, beets, avocado, spinach, berries, ice cubes, non-dairy milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and liquid stevia in a high powdered blender and blend until smooth and fully incorporated (about 45 seconds).
  3. Pour smoothie blend into a bowl and sprinkle coconut flakes, sliced strawberries, and chia seeds on top.
  4. Enjoy immediately!

What you’ll Need

Smoothie Bowl:

2 large medjool dates

2 Organic Freshly Cooked Love Beets

1 handful of spinach

1/2 small avocado

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1/2 cup frozen strawberries or raspberries

1 handful of ice cubes

3/4 cup of coconut milk, soy milk, or nut milk of your choice

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2-3 drops liquid stevia (optional)

Toppings:

1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

5-6 strawberries, sliced

1/4 teaspoon chia seeds
