Beet, Feta, and Cashew Dip

  2. Add the dip into a serving bowl and garnish with some feta and cilantro.

1 cup feta cheese, crumbled (plus some more to garnish)

2/3 cups cashew nuts

juice of ½ lemon

½ bunch cilantro, chopped

1 clove of garlic, pressed

salt and pepper
