Beet Hummus Crudité Platter (AHA Certified)

What to do

  1. Place the beets, chickpeas, and garlic into a food processor and blend for 1 minute.
  2. Add the tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and cumin and blend until the hummus becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. If it’s too thick, add a little water until the desired consistency is achieved. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
  4. Serve immediately and store leftover hummus in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  5. We suggest serving with tri-color carrots, cucumber, radishes, seed crackers, and pine nuts.
  6. Enjoy!
