What to do
- Pour a shot of hot espresso or coffee into a large mug and gently whisk in the beetroot powder, spices, and sweetener.
- In a small saucepan, heat the almond milk until just barely simmering, stir in the vanilla extract, and then pour into a blender or use a milk frother to froth.
- Pour the frothed milk into the mug with the shot of espresso, creating latte art as you pour. Sprinkle with beet powder if desired and serve.
