Beet Pecan Hummus

What to do

  1. In a high speed blender or food processor add all ingredients and process until completely smooth.
  2. Top with olive oil, chopped pecans and fresh herbs. ENJOY!

1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

1 package Love Beets cooked beets

¼ cup tahini paste

2 tbsp almond butter

Juice of ½ lemon

⅓ cup olive oil

⅓ cup toasted pecans

Salt and pepper
