What to do
- Add all of the ingredients except for olive oil to a food processor. Turn the food processor on the let it run until the mixture is thick and creamy.
- Leaving the food processor on, slowing incorporate the olive oil through the top of the mixer. Process until well combined.
- Taste for flavor, and add more cider vinegar or sea salt accordingly. If the dip needs to be thinned out at all, slowing incorporate more olive oil.
- Serve with pita bread, vegetable crudité, or on your favorite sandwich.

1 cup raw walnuts
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon sea salt, or to taste
