What to do

  1. Tear the mint leaves and add them to a large glass. Fill the glass most of the way up with crushed ice, then add the lime juice, pure maple syrup, rum, and beet juice. Stir well until combined.
  2. Fill the glass the rest of the way up with club soda and stir again. Taste the cocktail for flavor and add more pure maple syrup and/or lime juice to taste.

1 ounce (2 tbl) fresh lime juice

1 ounce (2 tbl) pure maple syrup or natural sweetener of choice

2 ounces white rum

2 ounces Love Beets Beet Juice
