What to do

  1. Add dates, oats, cashews, and almonds to a food processor and pulse until ingredients are broken down into small, uniform pieces.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and process until a thick paste forms (note: you will need to scrape down the sides multiple times with a rubber spatula).
  3. Form mixture into 16-18 balls, then roll the balls in hemp hearts to coat.
  4. Store energy balls in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  5. Enjoy!
