What to do
- Rinse the Brussels sprouts well. Chop off the rough end then thinly slice them from tip to tail. Transfer shaved Brussels sprouts to a mixing or serving bowl.
- Add the chopped pear, beets, and gorgonzola cheese to a bowl with the shaved Brussels sprouts.
- Ina small bowl, stir together the orange zest, orange juice, cider vinegar, olive oil, and sea salt. Pour this dressing over salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Taste for flavor and season with additional salt to taste.
