An “Un-beet-able” Thanksgiving

It happens every year — the summer and early fall months fly by, and before we all know it, it’s the start of the holiday season again.  We don’t have the answer for where the time goes, but we do have three drool-worthy recipes for you to include on your Thanksgiving table this week!

Whether you’re hosting the holiday or just bringing a dish along to a family member’s house, we’re sure you can’t go wrong with one (or all!) of these beet-inspired spins on a few traditional Thanksgiving recipes.  Everyone’s expecting the standard cranberry sauce, green bean casserole and roasted vegetable of some kind, so why not mix it up a bit?  These three recipes are traditional enough for everyone to enjoy, yet unique enough to have them begging you for the recipe.

If you do give them a try, we’d love for you to let us know how they turned out and/or see a picture of the dish on your Thanksgiving table!
